We do everything possible to ensure that the orders will meet all the customers’ needs. The team performs a careful examination of the items prior to sending them out.

To prevent any problems, we inspect things carefully and fix any issues on the spot. In some cases, there may be problems arising due to our mistakes or due to changes in the customer’s mind about the product ordered, so we provide a clear return policy.

Eligibility Criteria for Return

Return is possible in the following scenarios, following the basic requirements:

Wrong Item Ordered

Sometimes, there could be instances where a wrong item is received by the consumer compared to the product chosen from our online portal. In such situations, our company shall bear complete responsibility and shall provide an alternative or return the product without making additional delivery fees.

Defective or Damaged Product

To get the product without any defects or damage, we ensure all the essential steps work flawlessly. Despite all assurances, if any damage or mishap is found, then the product can be returned without shipment charges.

Unused Product in the Same Condition

In case the client alters his mind about the color, material, or design of the product, returns can be made only when the product is unused and in the same condition. The consumer will bear the extra delivery fees in such situations.

Scenarios in Which Returns or Refunds Are Not Allowed

The scenarios below do not qualify for returns or refunds in any way:

Customized Curtains

Any curtains, blinds, or any products that have been customized depending on your measurements, materials, or design preference, etc., will not be refunded except in the case of confirmed manufacturing errors upon delivery.

Sale/Clearance Products

Where you purchase any product during a clearance sale or promotion, you can only qualify for a refund where there is an issue with the products, such as receiving a wrong or damaged product.

Used Items

Where any curtains or blinds have been installed, used, or changed after delivery, you can no longer request a refund.
